Our sessions are individualized to suit the specific needs of each participant and developmental age group. Sessions are available to all those wanting to improve and maintain a healthy relationship with themselves and others.

InstructorsOur Instructors are experienced professionals who have dedicated their lives to helping others improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Instructors educational background include Certified Yoga Teacher, Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Health Science, Social Science, or Education.
Jenn, RYT, CRM, MA ECR, B.EdJenn's work experience incorporates family mediation, facilitation of small group sessions and presentations. She develops, implements, and facilitates workshops for schools, organizations and communities on a wide range of subjects. Workshops are geared toward understanding oneself and building positive relationships. Topics include: Building & Maintaining Self-Esteem, Stress Reduction, Understanding Emotions & Feelings, Bullying Behaviour, Positive Communication, Etc.
Jenn has worked as a part-time Instructor at Seneca College in the Early Childhood Education Department. She also enjoyed being a guest speaker for a ten week segment on York Region Rogers Daytime Television. She discussed topics relating to building positive relationships and communication within the family, building self-esteem and empowering youths.
Empowerment Yoga was developed as an ideal method to achieving lifelong mind, body, spirit, health and wellness.
